If you have questions about your employee benefits or about this portal, call the Intact Pension & Benefits Team at 1 888 335-7895 between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. (Eastern time).

What is your user ID?

Your user ID is your employee number.

What is your initial temporary password?

Your initial temporary password is your date of birth in the YYYYMMDD format followed by the last three digits of your employee number. For example, if your date of birth is March 15, 1980, and your employee number is 12345, your initial temporary password is 19800315345.

When you log in for the first time, you will be asked to change your password. You will also be asked to select challenge questions and provide answers to them. If you forget your password in the future, your challenge questions will be used to reset your initial temporary password.

Once you enter the portal, you can change your password at any time. To do so, simply click the key icon at the top of any screen and follow the instructions.
